Nope, I've searched everywhere. I admit I've been checking
my front

yard (which is fenced for dogs) to find at least some metal
parts, like

battery springs or whatnot. Absolutely nuttin'. Asked Wife,
too. She

said she never picked up any debris that would belong to a
remote. <br>
Baffled.

Or, after chewing to content and delight over a part falling off,
was joyfully batted under a nightstand or similar furniture.<br>
Back when we had animals about the house, we found things under the
most improbable of locations.<br>
Look under things that the dogs can't get under, but could have
knocked it under.<br>
<br>
That said, the remote could have entered the same interdimensional
space that singular socks and ballpoint pens disappear to. ;)<br>
