I'm not in the US so am pretty unfamiliar with the cable
setups and the HDHomerun Prime (if I recall correctly you have
a Prime and Cablecard - I believe cablecard is needed because
US clear-air QAM is essentially now a thing of the past?). But
a recurring theme on this user-list with the HDHomeruns is
activation and encryption - and zero byte recordings is pretty
symptomatic of failure to decrypt encryption and based on your
output above the channel is encrypted. Also note that the
HDHomeRun Prime will only allow MythTV access to those shows
that are not copy protected

There is a pretty detailed guide for the HDHomerun Prime here
- http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Silicondust_HDHomeRun_Prime

But the first thing I think I would do is navigate to the
internal HDHomerun Prime webpage and check the activation
status and cablecard pairing. I assume it should be ok given
it works with Windows Media Centre but all the same I wouldn't
take it for granted. Also double check the status page from
your output against the example given and look for differences
that might explain potential issues.

If that all checks out then go down to the MythTV setup guide
on that same page, delete all capture cards and all video
sources and run through the setup again and double check each
of the steps.

Then after that check the troubleshooting steps at the bottom
of the page.

If you still have troubles after that maybe start a new thread
with a title along the lines of HDHomerun Prime setup because
there are some certifiable experts on this list that may not
be reading this thread because the initial problem was related
to grabbing the schedule info, not integrating the prime with
mythtv.
Hi Mark. I did a lot of searching last night, and I think you are
correct that the problem is encryption, which I guess means I'm
stuck with Windows Media Center. Disappointing.

Thanks for everything.
