Turning off interactive services altogether seems a bit of a major step to solve the issue (although I never use them).</div>

</div>In the UK this is usually a red dot, I think this is an interactive TV service that was recorded along with the programme and perhaps whatever it linked to is no longer there. I have had much the same experience but with the red dot, interactive TV is called "red button" services here.<br>

You can switch off interactive services in the frontend menu, so it's quite possible you have one frontend with it on and one with it off.<br>

Apparently it's in:<br>
<br>
Utilities/Setup -> Setup ->TV-Settings->Playback Onscreen Display.<br>
<br>
Once in there, simply clear the tick/check in the the ‘Enable Interactive TV’ setting.<br>
