Tried again this evening for 5 minutes at 7:30 as my three tuners have a trainwreck schedule from 9 to 11 that I don't want to mess up. I set to record World Series, minus 175 minutes.<br>

Sounds like your provider (cable/satellite company) has shuffled around channels? If so, and if all they only switched them around (rather than delete some and add some in different locations), you can just edit the channel name, call sign, and/or number and (critically) the XMLTV ID in mythtv-setup, then run a mythfilldatabase --dd-grab-all to fix it.<br>
