for me, using nightly xbmc and building cmyth pvr client, it can
access the database, but gives an error when it tries to set a
bookmark when viewing a recording. this causes my xbmc to throw an
error message a couple of minutes after viewing a recording. I
used the 'master.zip' source from the github. if you are not
getting that error, which branch of the git did you use ? This
thread describes the problem on the last page of the thread:
