You shouldn't need to do that. After scanning for changes once, you<br>
should not need to repeat the scan on additional frontends.<br><br></blockquote><div>The real issue here is probably the fact that the other frontend won't "see" the changes from the rescan until it exits and re-enters the Video Gallery. The Watch Recordings screen is super-awesome in that backend changes are reflected in real time.</div>
