<div dir="ltr">Simply put, I previously just used single drives (WD Green) to store my video collection but after experiencing a few drive failures I moved to a RAID 10 setup for a little more redundancy.<div><br></div><div>
However, I have noticed that when playing back 1080p videos (720p doesn't show this problem) it becomes unstable enough that I need to do something about it. Occasionally it will pause completely for a second but it seems like every 5 minutes, or so, a video frame or two will just stutter while the audio drops out completely for about 5 seconds.</div>
<div><br></div><div>This never happened on the previous WD GREEN drive setup, all with the same settings in MythTV.</div><div><br></div><div>I'm sure this is more of a hardware issue and not a MythTV issue at all but I figured that since MythTV is my player here that it might be relevant and I might get more knowledgeable information here anyway.</div>
