</div> It sounds like this is just a side effect of how he's running his<br>
desktop. I run mine no frills and don't have his kinds of problems. I<br>
run the same version of Ubuntu (12.04) on numerous dedicated frontends<br>
as well as my desktop. Although I just have the one display.<br>
