Maybe something has gone awry with whatever tuner card you are using that shows up as CardID = 3. Is this a separate card from any others? What kind of card is this? Have you tried re-seating the card or testing it to see if it tests out properly?</div><div><br></div><div>Someone else will need to help you with turning on more verbose debugging/logging options, too.
