I see your recording device is a HDHomerun. Unfortunitely multiple people have reported inconsistencies with the Lossless Cut script working with recordings from that device. The issue is suspected to be with variable bit rates and the utility mkvmerge's inability to properly cut and merge those type of video files. Mkvmerge is central to any of Lossless Cuts processing.<br>
