<div dir="ltr">Can anyone tell me which key to use to bring up the menu when I&#39;m in the appearance wizard? The screen says &quot;Press Menu for Options&quot; I have a key beside my right hand Ctrl key that looks like a menu key but it has no effect in the appearance wizard. I&#39;m trying elevate the bottom of my screen so I can see all of the print instead of only the top half.</div>
