I am running 0.21 and following the advice of if it ain't broke, don't<br>

I had a similar problem to that a few years ago, and if I remember correctly I found that degragmenting my drives helped. I'm not sure if it was defragmenting the video storage drive or the database drive that particularly helped.<br>
