One thing that has always frustrated me about access channels is the complete lack of program listings support with the on screen guide. They usually give the channels generic names like LOC03 and have long 6-12 hour blocks of nothing. I've talked to people from the cable company, the town, places like Tribune and Rovi and they all pointed their fingers at each other. The bottom line was that there was nothing to force cable operators to provide the listings and the only way to accomplish this is via a state or federal mandate. I created an online petition with the white house to do just that, and I'm hoping to get up to 150
signatures so it will become public on the front page of the petition site. You do have to register your email with the site to vote, but it only takes a minute. Please help me out if you agree!
