Ok, having an issue with Mythlink.pl<div><br></div><div>Would like to get this command to work:</div><div><br></div><div>/usr/share/doc/mythtv-backend/contrib/user_jobs/<a href="http://mythlink.pl">mythlink.pl</a> --link /var/lib/mythtv/recordings/pretty --chanid %CHANID% --starttime %STARTTIME% --format '%T'</div>
<div><br></div><div>Running it from the terminal window or running it from a MythTV user job but indicate it runs successfully... (note: when running it from the terminal window I obviously had to put in the actual chanid and starttime values...) However it doesn't actually create the friendly named file link even though it looks like it runs successfully.</div>
<div><br></div><div>If I run this command:</div><div><br></div><div>/usr/share/doc/mythtv-backend/contrib/user_jobs/<a href="http://mythlink.pl">mythlink.pl</a> --link /var/lib/mythtv/recordings/pretty --format '%T'</div>
<div><br></div><div>Then it also runs and _does_ create the links for all recordings in my library...</div><div><br></div><div>I've read 30+ different troubleshooting searches on Google from looking at permissions to syntax so running the command with elevated rights, etc... </div>
