I've just finished getting a HD-PVR working with my cable STB(SA3250HD) on a slave backend. This morning I was just getting a blank screen. After restarting backend, reloading kernel modules, and few other things, I went into the other room and discovered the STB was powered off. Does any one know a why to determine the power state of the STB from the backend box? I am using a IR blaster for channel changing, so I can turn it on remotely. The problem is that the power command is a toggle. I can't just blindly issue a power command via the record started system event.<br>
