<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;">I also couldn't get my Ivy Bridge 3770S to work, but after upgrading to the latest version of libva (1.1.0) and libva-intel-driver (1.0.18), VAAPI is working great. This is on a Gentoo box, so I don't know if these packages are available on other distros yet.</p>
