Also, when you say physical and virtual tuners, are you refering to how many recordings can be made on same multiplex with one tuner or something else?

Thanks

On 23 May 2012 14:18, David Crawford <davidcrawford83@gmail.com> wrote:
Hi David

It would help if you let us know which version of myth you're using
and a bit more detail about your storage group setup.

Just to let you know I have a setup with 4 physical and 12 virtual
DVB-T tuners and 3 physical and 6 virtual DVB-S tuners. I run .23
fixes and have my storage group spread up over 3 drives (fast Seagate
Constellation 2 drives not in raid or anything). I have for test
purposes recorded 18 streams of which 6 were HD simultaneously for an
hour without problems.

It sounds to me though that you're doing this for a commercial
operation? If so how important is 100% deliverable?

Regards

Tony
