<div class="gmail_extra">Isn't the whole point of MythTV that you are not limited by what time things are broadcast? Simply record the film and the news and watch one after the other, Is it that important that the news is watched at 9:30? </div>

<p>Then send jump point to play in progress recording of the news (which should also be a scheduled recording).</p>
