                                        getting this since 0.9, 0.7
                                        works fine although I haven't

                                      Well, you must have had a
                                      different version. If no DB class
                                      is found, nothing can work at all.
                                      What's your PHP version?<br>

                            Hmmm... it seems the class autoloading does
                            not work for you, maybe a permission

                      Nope only the previously mentioned error message
                      and as mentioned this works fine if I roll back to
                      0.7, I'll try 0.8 to see if I get the same issue

          <br>
          would there be some php option that is not allowing these to

      I've now setup 0.13 from Git appears the issue was the required

    <br>
    Some people just have the setenv in their apache config, or
    config.xml unreadable to apache, so both methods need to be
    supported. What exactly was the problem with setenv? It should not
    be required?<br>
