That doesn't sound quite right. The HDHomeRun Prime operates as a
standard ClearQAM tuner only when there is no cablecard present.
When one is installed, you can only record instance per tuner
simultaneously (no multirec), and you must specify channels through the
virtual channel numbering and the table received through the cablecard
from Comcast.<br><br>
If you are still able to use the device as a standard Clear QAM
HDHomeRun, something is not set up properly.<br>
