My Intel 3.16G C2D backend was slow for some time, eventually I looked<br>
in /var/log/Xorg.0.log and found:<br>

[mi] EQ overflowing. The server is probably stuck in an infinite loop.<br>

bla bla...<br>
<br>
I was not using the frontend on this box, so hadn't bothered to update<br>
the nvidia driver that was 195.36.24, I upgraded to 295.20, problem gone<br>
and pc / web speed back where expected.<br>

Check the logs.<br>
Keep up to date.<br>
