Recorded an old B&W classic the other day and noticed that several<br>
commercial breaks were missed. Just curious if there's ever been any<br>
work on detecting the commercials if the colour palette changes. i.e.<br>
B&W movie vs. colour commercials. From what I see in the wiki, scene<br>
change detection is one of the methods, but I don't see any mention if<br>
colour is involved in that.<br>
