Looks like this one&#39;s my fault.  You want it to run only when you have<br>
the proper number of command line arguments.  This does the opposite.<br>

     raise Exception(&#39;Invalid argument count&#39;)<br>
chanid, starttime = sys.argv[1:3]<br>
