Looks like this one's my fault. You want it to run only when you have<br>
the proper number of command line arguments. This does the opposite.<br>

if len(sys.argv) != 3:<br>
raise Exception('Invalid argument count')<br>
chanid, starttime = sys.argv[1:3]<br>
