Comcast moved my FOX channel the other day, so now my HDHR is no longer able to record this programming.  Over the years, as channels have moved around, I've been forced to re-scan,and it seems the process has always been somewhat painful.  Which leads me to ask, is there a recommended process for scanning for channels when only one (or a few) channels have moved?  Is this the "minimal update" option?  Advice appreciated.  I am on myth 0.23.  Thanks!
