All the scheduling information is stored in local time, the times are not converted back to UTC (near as damn it, it&#39;s essentially GMT).<div><br></div><div>by having the times stored in UTC it would make debugging more difficult and although there have been discussion on this my interpretation is that there is no dev interest in doing what would be a large amount of work which fixes an issue that occurs twice a year (at switch to/from daylight saving) and helps a few fringe use-cases and at all other times creates hassle for the devs.</div>
