I'm an idiot. I downloaded your Ceton CCI Scanner instead of the channel mapping utility. I was really confused at first when I couldn't find any reference to the mysql password in the script, but just ignored it. Now I've run the channel mapper, and was up and running in 30 seconds.<div>

didn't run the cablecard channel mapping utility, or else something<br>
went wrong with it? It should get all of the channel info from the<br>
card and update the database accordingly. Are you positive you<br>
followed that step? Did you configure it properly (with the<br>
appropriate mysql user/password)? When you ran it, you should have<br>
seen a line like:<br>
