I'm thinking about getting one of the MythTV/Cablecard supporting<br>

it in a different one, but I am not sure if that applies in this case.<br>

On a related note, does anybody know if WMC will work fully to talk to an<br>
HD Prime while running in a virtual machine? Or does it need to run<br>
on 'bare' hardware for copy protection purposes?<br>

</font></blockquote></div><br>CableCards are registered to an OCUR device. In your case the OCUR is either the Ceton InfiniTV 4 or SiliconDust HDHomeRun PRIME. At this time, there is no MythTV support for the Ceton InfiniTV 4.<br>
