</div>Hmm. Not sure if this will significantly change anything or not, but<br>
you have your memory size limited to about 3G. Maybe try ulimit -m<br>
unlimited, and run the backend from that shell?<br>

Still doesn't indicate why it's using so much memory, but at least the<br>
artificial limit would be removed.<br>
