my very noob best guess(es)<br>

a. ip or hostname of MBE is wrong, do you have a FE on the MBE that

works whilst pointing to the MBE ip (not 127.0.0.1).<br>

b. database permissions incorrect.<br>

c upnp doesn't seem to be working, if its enabled it might suggest

something is blocking it, perhaps a firewall or router config.<br>
