around line 107 there is a problem in your mythweb.conf file. Apache will not start if there is a problem with the config file.
In my mythweb.conf file at 107 are entries starting with php_value. Take a look there and see if you might have mistakenly hit a key,
or deleted something, etc.
Once the config file errors are fixed apache will start. At that time you can check to see if mythweb works.

last night and I'm still bushed. Headed back shortly and haven't had a
chance to work on this. Have a look at these configs. I think they
