The other way, DVB-S -> DVB-T, is fine.<br><br>> I'd be quite happy to have DVB-S and -T working together on Ubuntu 9.10/myth<br>> 0.22 though, and you say you had that working ... so how did you manage that<br>> :-)<br>> <br>> Liam<br><br>Your (and others') info suggest that it's not just me then, and Ubuntu 10.04, Mythtv 0.23 and the HVR4000 don't mix well - yet.<br><br>Routing through my old posts....the system I had working with DVB-S and DVB-T with EIT data for both was;<br>ubuntu 9:10, myth 0.22, <font style="font-size: 10pt;" color="black" face="Verdana,Arial,Helvetica" size="2"><font style="font-size: 10pt;" color="black" face="Verdana,Arial,Helvetica" size="2">v4l-dvb-20091103 drivers, </font></font><font style="font-size: 10pt;" color="black" face="Verdana,Arial,Helvetica" size="2"><font style="font-size: 10pt;" color="black" face="Verdana,Arial,Helvetica" size="2">1.22.82.0 firmware, and </font></font><font style="font-size: 10pt;" color="black" face="Verdana,Arial,Helvetica" size="2"><font style="font-size: 10pt;" color="black" face="Verdana,Arial,Helvetica" size="2">2.6.31-14 kernel.<br>Front end used to freeze occasionally (going to black and white, which I also posted here about), but would always return working 20-30 seconds later.<br>It was around the time I upgraded to 2.6.32 kernel that I lost my EIT data, but this might have been coincidence.<br>It was never really right after this, and since upgrading to 10.04 it's gone from bad to worse!<br></font></font>                                            </body>
