the 60s delay is clearly seen, interestingly theres a database
connection error right at the start. I've no idea whats causing that.<br>

fixed the inital DB problem by correcting the contents of the
mysql.txt file. the entry in the frondend setting was correct but this
file was wrong. Another bit of housekeeping complete, but it doesn't
fix the problem with the start-up delay.<br>
