Hello!
when I make a bootable USB stick from the Mythbuntu 10.04 and try boot from this I get "Boot error"
right at the beginning from the BIOS.

The bootable stick generation works when I use a plain Ubuntu 10.04 as source medium.

My HW is a HD only system, it has no CD drive to boot from ;-)

I had the same issue trying to boot 10.04 from USB (stock Ubuntu in my case). It sounds to me like you could possibly have a corrupt ISO that you copied over... Maybe we both should invest in a USB CDROM.
