On my system (Ubuntu 9.10 x64), they are under /var/log/mythtv. I
think that you can add -v to the application startup parameters. I'm
not 100% sure where they are, but I think they are usually located at
/etc/rc.d or someplace like that. I think that is distro-specific.<br>
