<DIV>I fixed it by not upgrading to the latest HD-PVR firmware and setting my DirecTV STBs to PCM output. I have always had sound since I made that change. I still have problems with channel changes of LiveTV. But I don't use LiveTV much, my wife does. WAF is much lower of MythTV because of this, that's why we have one DirecTV STB connected directly to the TV.</DIV>
