My frontend is now always prompting me to "Select your preferred language" on each startup. I cannot think of anything that I have updated recently or changed.<br>

I ran mythtv-setup on my backup, and it did not prompt me for my language selection. I looked through the setup pages on my frontend, and I did not find a selection for language.<br>
