<p>The website http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Blue_Abstract_Theme lists all available theme versions.</p>
<p>Use the theme from the 31.01.2010 if you use the official MythTV 0.22 verison. Use the latest one (13.02.2010) if you use the trunk version (development version). Check out this change to MythTV it describes what happened: http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/7781</p>
