I have googled people, but I knew there were many people here doing exactly what I do, diskless Zotac ION, so I thought perhaps someone might have had an issue of their overlay growing too much and had some tips. I don't care if the CPU has to throttle itself, I'm not adding a fan to my silent PC, and the only time the CPU is really stressed is when it has to deal with these giant log files, so run at half speed for all I care just stopping chatting about it so much!<br>

<br>If you're not using the fan, you probably don't have enough air-flow to cool the CPU. Your options are probably: Live with it or add the fan. If you're concerned about noise, you can always use a Zalman Fan Mate 2 (<a href="http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118217">http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835118217</a>) or similar voltage reducer. (I have one I got ages ago w/ a heatsink.) <br>
<br>One of those would let you turn the speed of the fan down (and thus, any noise) and you could find a happy medium between silence and coolness. <br></div></div>
