<li>I bought a MW-100 case (a very small one, for uITX) it, apparently, was someone else's return because it was missing a critical internal piece (it was supposed to be brand new).</li>
<li>I bought a WD 2.5" 250GB laptop hard drive which had a chronic, sporadic clicking noise. The drive appeared to work but the noise was really bothering me. The click happened even when I didn't access the drive!</li>

<p>I ended up sending all three pieces back for replacement. Hopefully, they get their act together.</p>
