Recently, I did an in-place upgrade from fc9 to fc10.  I am now running myth 0.21-212 (from atrpms).   Following this upgrade, I started to get weird behavior from the skip-ahead feature.  By this I mean the skip that is 30 seconds forward out-of-the-box, I believe.   If I press the skip-ahead button quickly and repeatedly, I sometimes get seemingly unrelated responses, including the commercial cut thing, as well as the time stretch thing.  There are also other screens that can pop up.<br>
