I have Comcast. I recently ran the scte65scan to find the digital
homes for all the old analog channels. I was amazed at how many
channels there were that were unencrypted (as of now) that I could
tune in with just my digital cards. But those channels never showed
up using w_scan or szap scan.

I've randomly run across these music channels when tuning my cards in
Windows, but I've never figured out what the frequencies are and
w_scan or the szap scan never found them either. How did you figure
out the tuning for these?
James

I've had difficulties with my HDHR tuning these channels. My TV (Samsung LN52A650) can pick up these channels just fine. It might be a firmware issue, or it might be a splitter issue. I'm not sure. But yeah, Comcast has TONS of music channels in the clear.
