&nbsp;My mythbox has been running on Sidux (Debian SId made stable) up to now, and I've gradually been getting everything from fan speed control and bluetooth to MythTV&nbsp; itself in place. Although one or two problems remain, I love the distro and hate the thought of parting with it. Unfortunately I've hit a problem with the Nvidia 9400GT I just screwed in. The Nvidia driver is giving memory allocation errors, and failing to load X. I slipped in the Mythbuntu CD and it fires up X straight away.<BR>

So the question is how good/up to date is Mythbuntu compared with Sid? As my bluetooth keyboard obviously doesn't work out of the box, I haven't actuially tried it yet, but does it simplify things like modeline customisation for PAL modes, and VDPAU, or is the setup likely to be pretty much the same as I'd get sticking with Sid?<BR>

I'd consider moving if it made life easier, but otherwise will bang away at getting the Nvidia bug sorted from where I am now.<BR>
