This is my first post to the list. I've been trying to get Mythbuntu to work with a Hauppauge HVR-1600 with no success. Is anyone using MythTV sucessfully with this card?

I've been using the HVR-1600 successfully since 6/19/2008. It works alongside a PVR-150 that I installed in early 2008. I recently started using the HVR-1600 to record ATSC over-the-air (OTA) signals and analog cable simultaneously. This works great! So, with the HVR-1600 and the PVR-150 I can record three programs at once.

I'm using Fedora Core 8 with the latest updates since it went end-of-life in a month or two ago.Kernel is 2.6.26.8-57, and I recommend getting the latest V4L kernel modules to support the HVR-1600. MythTV is 0.21 final.
