</div>What you just described is caching. Every web browser (and I would<br>
assume most non-browser based RSS reader) does this.<br>

</div>I would assume the RSS feed (<a href="http://www.hulu.com/feed" target="_blank">http://www.hulu.com/feed</a>) is covered by<br>
the main site's ToU, since they are under the same domain<br>
(<a href="http://www.hulu.com/terms" target="_blank">http://www.hulu.com/terms</a>).<br>
