<span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: collapse; ">Has anyone noticed a&nbsp;discrepancy between the signal strength needed to tune a channel with a cable box / ATSC TV Tuner vs a capture card? I&#39;m finding I need quite a bit more signal to tune with a capture card.<div>
