Hi,<br><br>maybe this will come in handy for some of the readers here;<br>i made a small pidgin (aim/msn etc client) that shows buddy signon and chat info within mythtv using mythtvosd.<br>This only works while watching live tv or recordings or anything else using the internal player.<br>
<br>now i don't have to walk to another room to find out who is talking to me on msn messenger ..<br><br>just copy the mythtv.pl file in the plugins folder of pidgin <br>furthermore you need the purple perl module for this to work.. <br>
