Problem with LIRC: "Advance" does not skip comercials

Hi All,

This *may* me a Mythbuntu issue, but I thought I would post here first.

I am running Mythbuntu v8.04 and a Harmony 550 remote. Previously I was using Mythdora v4. Under Mythdora, my "Advance" or "Skip" button would advance through the commercials, but since upgrading to Mythbuntu it does not work. My capture card is a PVR-150. If I press the "Z" key on the keyboard connected to the PVR, the commercial skip *does* work.

The "lircd.conf" file for it has the codes for several remotes in it. When I run 'irw', the output indicates that it is using the codes for the "Hauppauge_350", and that it is using the specific code for "SkipForward". Here is the actual 'irw' output:

--- CODE ---
000000000000179e 00 SkipForward Hauppauge_350
000000000000179e 00 SkipForward Hauppauge_350
000000000000179e 00 SkipForward Hauppauge_350
000000000000179e 01 SkipForward Hauppauge_350
000000000000179e 02 SkipForward Hauppauge_350
--- CODE ---

Here is the config line from the .lircrc file in the home directory of the "sysadmin" user, under whom the MythTV backend runs:

--- ~/.lirc/mythtv ---
begin
remote = Hauppauge_350
prog = mythtv
button = SkipForward
config = Z
repeat = 0
delay = 0
end
--- ~/.lirc/mythtv ---

I have not yet tried creating a "custom" file from the remote buttons on the PVR-150 remote yet; I wanted to see if there was an "easier" solution first.

Any ideas? Thanks, in advance.
