Some futher investigation shows that the Using resampler log output is
coming from mythtv/libs/libmyth/audiooutputbase.cpp, so it appears that
it's the myth code that's performing the resampling, not ALSA. hmmm<br>

If you get clarification on this please let me know. I would hope that
pass-through is pass-through. If there is a way to turn off
re-sampling, I wold like to know.<br>
