Assuming you already have a remote that is working before you bought the Harmony 550, the easiest way to get the Harmony remote working is to have it "learn" all the codes from your existing remote. I wasn't happy with any of the pre-canned key mappings they had available, so I just walked through the learn thing. Took five minutes compared to fiddling with what they had online.<BR>

Once you get the hand of their software you can then customize some keys and functions to your liking, which I made full use of!
