I'm not sure if it's the same under .21 (I've not upgraded yet), but on
my .20 setup, the files that have the needed sections to change are:
/usr/local/share/mythtv/mysql.txt (this covers everything but mythweb)
.htaccess (mythweb)
Both of these on my system point to the house SQL server.
